David Fowler (born 1958) was a Tennessean politician and a member of the Tennessee Senate for the 11th district, which comprises part of Hamilton County.〔(FACTN )〕 ==Biography== David Fowler was born on June 30, 1958 in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.S. in 1980, and with a J.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1983.〔 He was a state senator from the 99th Tennessee General Assembly until the 104th. He chaired the Senate Environment, Conservation and Tourism Committee and a member of the Senate Fiscal Review Committee, the Senate Fiscal Review Committee, the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Joint Education Oversight Committee, and the Joint Select Oversight Committee on Corrections.
